Judy's Calendars

All of my Dragonflies were photographed in either a local field or my yard. I never realized how many different varieties and how beautiful they were until I started seeing them through my Canon 180 macro lens. They are very difficult to identify and some may not be I.D.'d correctly - especially the smaller ones - but I find I'm really more interested in viewing the little creatures than I am in naming them. I've bought some Dragonfly identification books, but I find they really aren't much help. I've only been photographing them with diligence for the past two summers and look forward to this summer to see what else I can find.
